Ply Gem purchased the Simonton Window (Fortune Brands) operation and the Simex plant in St Mary’s, West Virginia. This is the same plant that made the product for Fypon (another Fortune Brands company). This will make a smooth transition as nothing will change except the name on the unit wrapper”
